Dates & Time

The event will begin with a welcome reception on Monday, November 3rd at 6:30 PM and conclude by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 5th. There will be an optional dinner on Wednesday evening following the close of the event.

Transportation

We are excited to offer complimentary travel for all guests joining us from out of town. More information on travel will be provided soon. 

Dining

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by Baszucki Group. We have taken care to craft menus for group dining to consider all dietary restrictions, focusing on a keto-based approach.

Attire

The majority of events will take place indoors in air-conditioned venues. We kindly suggest business casual attire.
